Career shot just 27 percent from the field and was denied its second straight state title as top-seeded Norwich Free Academy coasted to a 63-42 win over the No. 2 Panthers in the Class LL championship game Friday night at Mohegan Sun Arena. - Read full article from New Haven Register

And then there's the kind that turns mild-mannered defenders into frenzied ones. The big-city kind. The Central kind. The Hilltoppers introduced Norwich Free Academy to this brand of defense Friday night and the result wasn't pretty for the sixth-seeded Wildcats, who ultimately succumbed 61-42 in the Class LL quarterfinals at Branford. - Read full article from Connecticut Post
