  • Players to Watch in the CIAC Tournament - Jordan Williams Torrington Williams has dominated in the Naugatuck Valley League to the tune of a state-best 37.7 points per game. The 6-foot-10 center is the type of player who can put a team on his back and make a deep tournament run. Chris Evans Stamford The Black Knights are coming off beating Trinity Catholic for the FCIAC crown on Thursday. If Stamford is going to win its first state title since 1992, count on Evans to be a major factor. Anthony Ireland Crosby There may not be a better clutch player in the state.
