- Stafford (CT) Boys Basketball Coach Reinstated - Chris Paradiso is back as coach of the Stafford High basketball team. The school had suspended Paradiso indefinitely March 9, the same day leading scorer Hayden Palozej was suspended for one game. No reasons were given for the suspensions. Stafford (16-7) won a Class S first-round game against Lyman Memorial-Lebanon before losing to Cromwell in a quarterfinal March 16 under interim coach Tom Fitzgerald. - Read full article from Hartford Courant
- Stafford Basketball Coach, Top Scorer Suspended - Stafford High boys basketball coach Chris Paradiso was suspended indefinitely Monday by the school and senior guard Hayden Palozej has been suspended one game for unspecified reasons. The suspensions apparently stemmed from incidents Friday and Saturday. - Palozej (CT) Scores 52 For Stafford - Stafford senior guard Hayden Palozej scored 52 points Thursday night in a 75-63 victory at Enfield. "In the third quarter, I was thinking in my head that I had to take over," said Palozej, whose team led 33-31 at halftime. "This was my game."
