Jenna Williamson joins 1,000-point club at Ludlow

Jenna Williamson didn’t waste much time.
The senior guard reached the 1,000-point milestone Thursday midway through the second quarter of Ludlow High School’s 64-48 victory over host Northampton.
Williamson needed 17 points to reach the milestone. She finished with 34 points – one shy of her game-high this season.
“Jenna’s been very low-key about this,” Ludlow coach Tim Brillo said. “She didn’t want this to be bigger than the team.”
