Providence commit Ricky Ledo

Friday is day two of the 14th Annual National Prep School Invitational held at Rhode Island College in Providence. Friday's schedule features nine New England prep schools:

9 –CJEOTO Academy (NJ) vs. Lee Academy (ME)
10:30 - Robinson (NJ) vs. La Jolla Prep (CA)
12 - SJNWMA (WI) vs. New Hampton (NH)
1:30 – Canarias Basketball Academy (SPAIN) vs. Notre Dame Prep (MA)
3 - South Kent (CT) vs. NIA Prep (NJ)
4:30 - Mont Clare (PA) vs. St. Thomas More (CT)

6 - Worcester Academy (MA) vs. Phelps (PA)

This past week, New London senior guard and Providence signee, Kris Dunn stole headlines breaking the school's all-time scoring record. It will be interesting to see what another future Friar, Ricky Ledo (South Kent) can do as he takes the floor against NIA Prep (NJ).

Ledo is a rare player in this Friday's group, as he is already committed for next season. Friday's crop of players includes many New England prospects, who still weigh their options.
