By the end of the first quarter Wednesday night, the Cougars were drenched with perspiration -- and not because of the humid conditions inside the Shehan Center on an unseasonably warm February night.
Kolbe's suffocating defense held Stratford to 6-for-29 shooting in the first half en route to a 65-49 win, the Cougars' 15th straight to start the season.
